Rightly Dividing the Word

• Implement ministry-wide Bible Reading Plan
• Develop and release preaching schedule
• Develop and release quarterly Ministry themes
• Build on Genesis: The New Sunday School
• Increase prayer emphasis

Increase Community Footprint

• Upgrade existing or erect a new electronic Church Sign
• Conduct Deliverance Worship Services on Church grounds
• Launch church website/update to sponsored Facebook page
• Leadership participation in community/school organization meetings
• Prayerfully research community support specialty, (i.e. AIDS Awareness)

Grow Spiritual Emphasis

• Initiate in-home Family Prayer time
• Reorganize Outreach Ministry
• Host a minimum of two local or state Baptist Association meetings
• Conduct Church Retreat – Focus on Family, Health, & Wealth
• Develop and implement a “Church Growth Plan”

Healthy Stewardship

• Replace sanctuary and finance office AC/Heating Units
• Implement “I am a 10%er” Tithing project
• Replace Sanctuary interior lighting
• Pressure wash and paint Church Sanctuary and Leatha Wall Education Complex
• Improve church grounds (flowers, shrubs, etc.)
• Develop and implement Sanctuary Technology Plan

Teach and Develop Current/Future Ministry Leaders

• Winter and Summer Youth out-of-town trip
• Strengthen Ministry Leaders ability to lead in their respective roles
• Implement bi-monthly “Light-Lunch Fellowship”
• Maintain Monthly Family Fellowships (Sunday Meals)
• Increase Bible Study participation by 30%
• Strengthen Laymen Ministry participation and activities
